BAD NEWS – Ange Postecoglou confirms Top-class Inform Spurs star is NOT HAPPY, set to be OUT for several weeks with Knee Injury

After suffering a knee injury, Richarlison will miss a number of weeks of action, according to Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou.

According to the Spurs manager, Richarlison will miss three to four weeks due to this latest injury, and he acknowledges that his player is “disappointed” about the news.

Since overcoming a persistent groin injury that required surgery, Richarlison has been sensational for Tottenham.

With nine goals in his past ten games, the Brazilian international’s goal tally in 22 Premier League appearances stands at ten.

But Tottenham’s last match, a 2-1 loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers, left Richarlison injured.

Postecoglou confirmed to BBC Sport that his player has not yet returned before Spurs’ match against Crystal Palace on Friday.

The Spurs manager updated fans on the status of other Spurs players before Saturday’s Premier League match at 3pm on N17.

Pedro will likely be out for another week, and Destiny Udogie has already trained, according to Postecoglou.

We expect Richarlison to be out for three or four weeks. With Sess also out with a knee injury, we are still shorthanded by a few players.

The way our season has unfolded has disappointed Richy, who was a crucial contributor.

“Sess is so tricky. His return was the result of much effort, and it’s never easy when things fall into place one after the other.

It’s disappointing to hear that Richarlison will be out for a significant amount of time, particularly considering his impressive play recently.

With three games remaining before the international break, Tottenham will be hoping that the £50 million player is fully fit to play in 30 March’s home match against Luton Town.
