Paul Pogba, a previous Manchester United midfielder, has received a four-year ban from sport due to doping.

 

 

Pogba, a Juventus player, was initially suspended in September following a positive drug test. Another sample was analyzed later and tested positive.

 

 

 

The National Anti-Doping Tribunal has decided to impose a suspension on Pogba until at least 2028. The Mirror states that this is the highest possible ban that may be enforced.

Ten Hag’s signing failed to impress at the derby audition.

 

In December, The MEN revealed that Pogba had elevated levels of testosterone in random testing conducted following the Serie A opener between Juventus and Udinese. The French player may not play again till he is 35 years old.

 

Pogba’s representative, Rafaela Pimenta, stated that they are awaiting the results of the counter-analysis before making any comments on the second test. Paul Pogba never intended to violate the rules.

 

Pogba’s deal with Juventus is valid until 2026, indicating that he will not be part of the Italian team in the future. His second tenure with the Serie A team has been catastrophic.
