Reports suggest that Juventus is becoming more open to the idea of Gleison Bremer leaving, which is good news for Dan Ashworth’s efforts to sign him for Manchester United.

Ashworth gained recognition as a top sporting director in England while at Brighton & Hove Albion, significantly enhancing the team’s performance and generating substantial profits by selling key players.

The 52-year-old departed for Newcastle United in May 2022, but it is likely that he will relocate once more this summer.

The primary target to substitute Bremer as a center-back is Riccardo Calafiori, a 21-year-old standout player who has performed really well for Bologna this season.

Juve will achieve financial equilibrium and acquire Calafiori by using the proceeds from Bremer’s transfer. Bremer is expected to be transferred for more than £50 million, while Calafiori can be acquired by Juventus for €25-30 million (£21-26 million).
