According to AS, Arsenal will need to spend €25 million in order to sign right-back Sacha Boey of Galatasaray during the current transfer window.

The Frenchman has long been admired by the Gunners, who were rumored to have made an approach for him earlier in the summer.

Although the club did not move after signing Jurrien Timber, Boey expressed his flattery at Mikel Arteta’s interest.

According to recent reports, the giants from north London have been keeping a close eye on the former Rennes player and are still interested in him.

Galatasaray is willing to consider selling him if they receive an offer of at least €25 million, but they would prefer to hold onto him until the summer.

This month, Arsenal is unlikely to pursue Boey.
Boey has drawn attention with his relentless work ethic and quick recovery pace.

He has only contributed two goals in 28 appearances this season, though, so far. He is still connected to elite teams.

Although the 23-year-old may soon leave Galatasaray, we don’t see the Gunners pursuing a transfer in an attempt to sign him this winter.

Right now, the Gunners require a midfielder and a new striker. They’ve determined that Amadou Onana and Borja Mayoral are possible targets.

It is not their top priority to acquire a right-back. Takehiro Tomiyasu and Ben White have both impressed in the role. Timber’s knee injury will soon heal.

With a remarkable 17 goal involvement this season, Jeremie Frimpong might be the person they choose to sign if they decide to bring in a new hire this summer.

According to reports, the team is resolved to activate the release clause in his contract with Bayer Leverkusen.
