“Trust me, he is Enzo Maresca’s secret weapon in winning this league title. If Maresca makes a mistake and sells him, then they should forget about the title for the next 10 years to come.” Former Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says players Chelsea wants to release will singlehandedly give Enzo Maresca the league title if given the chance.
He is Enzo Maresca’s secret weapon for winning this league title, I assure you. They can set the title aside for the following ten years if Maresca sells him after realising a mistake. If given the chance, former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp claims that players Chelsea wishes to release will be the only ones to help Enzo Maresca win the league title.
As the summer transfer window comes to an end, Chelsea has been completing a number of agreements. Enzo Maresca has now alluded to discovering additional possibilities that might prove more beneficial and primarily utilised on either flank.
Ivan Toney, a striker for Brentford, is reportedly being connected to Chelsea. The manager has reportedly approved the move, and the Blues will strategically try to sign the player before the final ten days are up.
In an attempt to add additional depth for this season, Unia Emery has stated that the Englishman is the team’s top priority, thus the Blues have also worked to complete Trevor Chalobah’s transfer to Aston Villa.
Chalobah is valued at £25 million by Chelsea, and it appears that they have been holding off on making any more acquisitions until they receive the best offer to complete a transaction and balance the books.
Victor Osimhen is a player that Chelsea is hoping to add, but the high price tag would kill the deal, and Napoli might as well let him go for free because there aren’t many serious bidders.
Enzo Maresca has already selected his 26-man roster, and it appears that the remaining players may only have two choices left to them: deciding to go on loan or permanently in the days that remain.
In order to prevent competition from Arsenal, who are supposedly holding taps on the player, Chelsea would only finalise a deal if they made their bid early. The Bees have also lowered their asking price for Toney.
It appears the Blues may be in for more hardships if they choose not to pay Mike Arteta the £45 million remaining on his contract early. Arteta has apparently been linked to adding another player to his forward list.
Ivan Toney would certainly be a great complement to Chelsea’s depth, having previously assisted his team in moving up the Premier League standings.
But, with Chelsea playing in the Europa League this week, if Chelsea completes the deal for Ivan Toney, Enzo Maresca will have made his dream addition.
