Man Utd willing to meet €100m release clause to sign “really talented” striker
Manchester United are considering acquiring a highly skilled player who is performing exceptionally well this season, and they are prepared to activate his release clause.
Ratcliffe is interested in signing Juventus center-back Gleison Bremer for United. Juventus is concerned about potentially losing him in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The Red Devils are reportedly interested in acquiring Benfica’s promising midfielder Joao Neves to enhance the quality in that position at the end of the season.
United seems to be pursuing a new forward based on a recent statement about their summer dealings.
Manchester United is prepared to offer a substantial amount of money for Viktor Gyokeres.
Manchester United is interested in acquiring Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres, as reported from Spain. Gyokeres, a former Coventry City attacker, is in high demand.
The Swede has a €100m (£85.4m) release clause in his contract. Manchester United is willing to pay this sum, and the player is eager to move to the Premier League, therefore he is open to the clubs reaching an arrangement.
Gyokeres might be a promising addition for United this summer, following an impressive season at Sporting when he scored 16 goals and provided eight assists in 20 Primeira Liga matches.
He scored 43 goals in 116 games for Coventry City, demonstrating his impact in English football. Tony Mowbray has likened him to Manchester City’s Erling Haaland.
Haaland may be described as too fast, too powerful, and too huge. Gyokeres appears to be a step quicker and stronger than the competitors he faces in the Championship. His ability to create space for shooting is excellent, and Coventry made a wise decision to keep him as he appears to be a highly skilled individual.
Gyokeres poses a significant challenge to Rasmus Hojlund at United, maybe preventing the Dane from starting every week. At 25 years old, Gyokeres still has a lot of potential to fulfill.
The Red Devils’ willingness to pay the release clause indicates that they consider him a great choice. Despite the high cost, Ratcliffe’s endorsement should be taken into consideration.
