EPL: Toney reveals club he will play for after return from eight-month ban
Ivan Toney, a striker for Brentford, has made it clear he won’t be leaving the team in the January transfer window.
Toney intends to assist the Bees in escaping the relegation struggle when he returns from an eight-month betting ban.
He talked candidly about his time away from football in an interview with Sky Sports.
On January 20, Toney, who hasn’t played since the middle of May, will make his Premier League comeback at their home match against Nottingham Forest.
However, there have been rumors that he might join Chelsea or Arsenal.
“Rabertford is having difficulties right now.
“However, I’m confident that when I return, I will contribute significantly to helping them break their recent losing streak. I’m eager to return and support my teammates,” Toney exclaimed.
