Fan highlights key difference between Jurgen Klopp and Mikel Arteta, it speaks volumes
After Liverpool defeated Arsenal 2-0, the fans think they now know what separates Jurgen Klopp from Mikel Arteta.
Luis Diaz’s effort in extra time and an own goal by Jacub Kiwior proved to be sufficient to guarantee a spot in the FA Cup fourth round.
Arsenal had plenty of opportunities; only five of their 18 shots were on goal.
It indicates that out of the last 60 shots, the Gunners have scored one goal. Arteta is aware that his side is currently not clinical, and this is beginning to show on the touchline.
Arteta put his head in his hands and looked up as Bukayo Saka hooked a close-range attempt over the bar.
This season, the Spaniard has already racked up four bookings and served a touchline ban. He also projects emotion during games.
In sharp contrast, Aaron Ramsdale easily handled Luis Diaz’s low drive, according to Klopp.
He clapped his player in an attempt to maintain momentum rather than responding negatively.
The videos were shared side by side on X, the former Twitter platform, with the caption, “There’s a distinction between a good manager and a good coach.”
“Observe how Klopp and Arteta respond differently when a player blows an opportunity.

“While a manager and a coach both prioritize results, a manager lacks growth and development.
“Arteta can’t foster individual growth, but she wants to create a supportive environment, develop a young team, and mold a culture. Not possible. Mikel neglected to write down Klopp’s notes after Pep [Guardiola].”
Gabriel Jesus has only scored seven goals in all competitions this season, but Arsenal was missing him due to a knee injury.
When asked about bolstering his front line during his post-game press conference, Arteta said it is unlikely to happen this month.
Ivan Toney, a striker for Brentford who will return later this month following a ban for breaking the FA’s betting regulations, has been linked to the Gunners.
Arteta emphasized, “I want to focus on the players we have.” “We are aware of what needs to be done with the material we are producing and when to take a completely different approach.
“We deserved much more to win the game, but we didn’t capitalize on everything we produced and created.
It’s unfortunate, but I believe we were superior to them, and we need to keep getting better if we want to win more games.
“I’m really sorry for the boys because the way they tried, the courage they showed, and the way they played against a team that’s in the best form in Europe, they deserve huge credit.”
