“We have gotten what Pep Gaurdiorla is using to win League titles back to back…No big teams will beat us again, I promise”: Andre Onana reveals Man United’s secret weapon to beat any big team this season- PEP GUARDIORLA IS USING THE SAME THING
Manchester United will “sit and analyse videos” following their defeat to Brighton, according to Andre Onana, in an effort to improve for Sunday’s visit from Liverpool.
Joao Pedro’s extra-time goal gave Brighton a 2-1 victory over United. Having won their first two Premier League games, Arne Slot’s team now needs to recover against Liverpool.
After Brighton’s defeat, Onana talked to MUTV on the Brighton performance and asserted that United had been the better team. He also mentioned that United may look forward to their next games against “big clubs.” The next five games for United are against Liverpool, Southampton, Crystal Palace, Tottenham, and Aston Villa.
“We have to be positive because it’s the second game of the season and I think we’re better than them. We have to stick together, especially when we face difficulties,” Onana stated.
Naturally, after having a conversation and watching the recordings to determine what went wrong, we will sit down and take action. Big clubs and big games are on the horizon, so there will be a lot of expectation. Right now, [mentality] is what matters most.
We have so many players with that positive mindset, and it is incredibly beneficial for the squad and the club, especially when you are playing for a large club like mine. We go on because we are accustomed to this and don’t have any issues, but we now need to prepare for the upcoming games.
“We are here to win everything; that is our goal.” I understand that the supporters, the team, and my teammates are sad, but we’ll give it our all in the hopes that we win the game and all the upcoming ones.
