After a weekend in which Liverpool won and Manchester City did not, the Premier League title picture has changed somewhat. Jürgen Klopp’s side beat Brentford in the early kick-off before Pep Guardiola’s men could only draw with Chelsea.

This time next week, both Liverpool and Manchester City will have 26 league games, meaning that they will both have 12 left, including the clash at Anfield between them next month. The Reds face Luton Town on Wednesday and then have no weekend fixture because of the Carabao Cup final, while the Etihad side has Brentford at home on Tuesday and then Bournemouth away on Saturday.
