I don’t think He’s going to have a fantastic career at Arsenal, therefore I’ll advise him to take a risk and move to a bigger club where supporters will recognise His value. He’s just squandering his time there. Emiliano Martinez of Aston Villa Demand Before this summer ends, one Arsenal player will be sent to a larger team. Not Bukayo Saka, nor Martinelli

Emiliano Martinez of Aston Villa believes that Aaron Ramsdale, the custodian for Arsenal, need to go to a team “where he feels loved.”

Since David Raya joined Arsenal in the summer of last year, Ramsdale has fallen from favour.

Though it was hotly contested, Mikel Arteta was right to bring in Raya, as the Spanish custodian went on to win the Premier League Golden Glove in 2023–2024.

Over the past year, Ramsdale has been connected to a number of teams, including Southampton, Wolves, Nottingham Forest, Newcastle United, and Chelsea.

After pondering a move for the England international, Southampton is now rumoured to be focused on Justin Bijlow of Feyenoord.

While they aren’t in a rush to get a new custodian, Wolves wouldn’t like replacing Jose Sa.

Premier League custodian Ramsdale begs Ramsdale to quit Arsenal

When questioned about Ramsdale’s future at the Emirates, the former custodian for Arsenal suggested that a move to Molineux “could be a good move for him”.

“I see it differently because Aaron signed for a large sum of money,” Martinez remarked. He was Arsenal’s top player. That was a chance I never got.

Aaron should find a place to play where he feels loved, in my opinion, especially when he plays every game in the Premier League and is benched despite his talent.

England needs a man like him in their goalkeeping unit. He’s got a bright future.

“It sounds like he might join Wolves, which would be a wise move for him.”

Martinez contributed to Aston Villa’s fourth-place Premier League result the previous year, which allowed them to advance to the Champions League.

But he doesn’t believe the Villans can contend with Manchester City and Arsenal for the league championship this year.

“Nope,” he replied. As you can see, Unai was not happy that we had to sell two or three of our better players.

“I am aware that they are unable to sign as many as the owner requests due to PSR [profitability and sustainability requirements]. It is a work in progress since it will be little more difficult than everyone anticipates.

“We hope to embark on a cup run, potentially even taking home the FA Cup or the Carabao Cup. However, we are unable to contest for the crown.

Dutch GK will be signed by Southampton, not Ramsdale
As previously said, Southampton—rather than Arsenal custodian Ramsdale—is anticipated to sign Feyenoord’s Bijlow.

Although Bijlow was Feyenoord’s top player in 23/24, injuries derailed his campaign. Since then, Timon Wellenreuther has taken over as the starting pitcher.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Southampton and the Dutch team have agreed on a price for Bijlow.

“Southampton agrees to deal to sign Justin Bijlow as new custodian from Feyenoord,” he posted on X.

“Voice agreement between clubs in place; last minute details being worked out, Bijlow will fly for medical testing.” We’re off, soon.”
