One of the worst football players in the world to play against must be Mohamed Salah.

The winger really does have everything.

He can outpace you in terms of speed, strength, or dribbling prowess, and once he gets past you, you can be sure the ball will end up in the back of the net.

In fact, Salah is not only among the strongest and fastest players in the world, but also among the best finishers the Premier League has ever seen.

Joel Ward has been talking about what it’s like to play against Salah on Premier League Productions. He claims that whenever he sees Salah’s name on the teamsheet, he always knows he’s going to have a difficult afternoon.

Ward claims Salah frightens him.
The Liverpool star was mentioned by the defender.

“I believe his track record speaks for itself, and you know you’re in for a difficult afternoon when you see his name on the teamsheet,” Ward remarked.

“You know, Mo Salah is and will remain a huge player for them, and when called upon, I’m sure he’ll be back in the right place.”

It makes perfect sense why Ward is afraid of Salah.

As a full-back, can you image how tough it must be to defend against Liverpool?

Not only is Salah sprinting towards you, but Trent Alexander-Arnold is right behind him, poised to make a move of his own.

Salah and Alexander-Arnold might be the most intimidating double team in Premier League history, and we don’t envy any defender who has ever had to stop them.

Salah has been sidelined for several weeks due to a hamstring injury; however, Ward regrettably believes that the winger won’t be available for the Reds’ upcoming match against Crystal Palace, which could mean more suffering for the Eagles.
