Declan Rice now shares what he really thinks about Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham
Declan Rice, a player for Arsenal, seems to be impressed by Tottenham Hotspur ever since Ange Postecoglou became the club’s manager.
The Spurs have undergone a significant transformation this season. Under Antonio Conte’s management, watching Tottenham was difficult, but since Postecoglou took over, their style of play has become more appealing.
Declan Rice praised Tottenham’s performance under Ange Postecoglou as ‘unreal’.
Tottenham Hotspur’s current form is drastically different from last season, largely due to Ange Postecoglou.
Initially, there were some uncertainties about the Australian when he was named as the Spurs manager. Some doubted his ability due to his lack of experience managing in a high league.
The atmosphere around the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has significantly increased since he assumed control of the club, and the players are also showing positive responses.
Rival teams have taken notice of Tottenham’s impressive performance this season. Declan Rice, who plays for Arsenal, has acknowledged that he believes Tottenham has been exceptional under Postecoglou.
Rice expressed his disdain for watching Arsenal’s competitors in the Premier League during an interview with Sky Sports, stating, “I hate watching it now. I hate watching it.” Although I see the outcomes, I make a conscious effort to concentrate on our current activities. We have no influence over the actions of others.
The league is really robust. City, Liverpool, Spurs under Ange, and Villa under Emery have all been exceptional.
Each game is challenging, and one must not underestimate any opponent, as unexpected outcomes are possible. I truly like going out each week and doing exceptionally well.
Despite Tottenham’s strong performance this season, they are not nearly at the same level as Arsenal.
Arsenal is contending for the Premier League and Champions League titles under the leadership of Mikel Arteta, who has significantly changed the club in recent years.
Tottenham’s squad requires less restructuring compared to Arsenal’s, potentially allowing Ange Postecoglou to elevate Spurs to title challengers by next season.
With Jurgen Klopp departing from Liverpool, a vacancy is expected to open up for another club to rise to the top of the table. We anticipate that the team in question will be Tottenham.
