TERMS AGREED-PSG signs newcastle super player.

Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes is purportedly a target for PSG, and a deal is supposedly being discussed this month.

The Brazilian international has made waves in the Premier League since relocating to Newcastle from France two years ago. Under Eddie Howe and the PIF regime, Guimaraes was crucial to Newcastle’s rise.

As a result, 26-year-old midfielder Guimaraes is starting to draw interest from teams interested in transferring; in the past few months, Liverpool and FC Barcelona have all been linked to him.

According to Foot Mercato, the defending French champions are now thinking about making a move for Guimaraes as they try to strengthen their midfield this month.

The legendary Alan Shearer called Guimaraes “magnificent.” If PSG hopes to acquire the midfield player, they will likely have to pay Guimaraes’ estimated £105 million release clause.

It also appears unlikely that PSG will sign Guimaraes this month because Newcastle is also reluctant to sell and because PSG is taking a chance with FFP.

The European heavyweights might very well make a bid in the summer, even though PSG might have problems signing Guimaraes in January.

Newcastle is currently fighting to reenter the UEFA Champions League, so the Magpies’ prospects of participating in Europe are not guaranteed.

In addition, Guimaraes might be convinced to rejoin PSG in France if there isn’t any continental football available to him the next season. PSG might be prepared to pay the Newcastle player’s release clause.

It’s true that Guimaraes will be a tough player for the Magpies to hold onto this summer, and the Brazilian’s future at St. James’ Park might hinge on his ability to play in Europe.
