What a big blow for spur; His absence will be a negative setback to us, as he will be missing amid crystal palace clash due to injury”-£130k-a-week Tottenham star a doubt to play against Crystal Palace

What a disaster for Spurs! His injury will cause him to miss the Crystal Palace match, which will be a serious setback for us.-£130k/week Play against Crystal Palace is unlikely for a Tottenham star.
Pedro Porro, a defender for Tottenham Hotspur, looks to be a major doubt for the team’s next Premier League game.

A muscular strain that he sustained during training kept the Tottenham full-back out of the match against Wolves two weeks ago.
When asked last week about Porro’s fitness, Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou replied, “Probably a couple of weeks for him.” Maybe he won’t miss too many with the game break.

However, it’s becoming less likely that the 24-year-old will play with Tottenham’s match against Crystal Palace on Saturday approaching.
As per the Wednesday report by The Evening Standard, Porro “has not returned to work with the group yet.”

Also, Paul O’Keefe gave a new update on the 24-year-old on Thursday, and it sadly doesn’t seem promising for this weekend.

Over on X, O’Keefe wrote, “Porro struggling for the weekend and might not make it.” Pedro is going to have a close call.
Tottenham would suffer a great loss without Pedro Porro.
With his style of play perfectly complementing the Ange-ball system, Porro, who makes £130,000 a week, has been an important member of Tottenham’s team this season.

Along with his eight Premier League assists this season, the “fantastic” full-back has been crucial for Spurs both offensively and defensively.

As Emerson Royal appeared to be off the pace against Wolves, it is likely that he will continue in Porro’s place. Therefore, he will need to step it up significantly.

Over the next few days, let’s see what transpires. Hopefully, Emerson can cover well against Palace if Porro isn’t even healthy enough to start on the bench.
