‘Let’s go’: Harry Kane is ready to open Bayern Munich’s trophy bid as prolific England striker gets ‘final prep done
Harry Kane has expressed his readiness to begin another campaign for a trophy at Bayern Munich, stating that his final preparations have been completed.
The striker scored a total of 44 goals in the previous season.
Failed to win significant trophies
Prepared to commence rectifying those injustices
The highly productive England national team forward concluded his first season at the Allianz Arena without winning any trophies. The Three Lions had further heartbreak in Euro 2024 as they were defeated by Spain in the final of the tournament.
Kane is expected to end his long-awaited quest for collective triumph in the 2024-25 season, as Bayern resumes its pursuit of the Bundesliga championship, domestic cup, and Champions League accolades. Their prominent player, who wears the number 9, has been scoring frequently during the pre-season matches.
In the previous term, he achieved a score of 44. The objective is to imitate or surpass their performance while pursuing significant achievements. Kane is eager and ready to proceed, as the 31-year-old striker said on social media following his most recent friendly match: “Completed the final preparations.” Looking forward to Bundesliga 24/25!
Bayern have won their past five pre-season matches, including a 4-0 victory against Grasshoppers where Kane and new recruit Michael Olise scored. Their upcoming match will be the first game of the Bundesliga season, which will take place away against Wolfsburg on Sunday.
