FINALLY” After Manchester United’s most recent loss, Roy Keane left in shock and damning statistics.

Red Devils legend Roy Keane was completely taken aback by Erik ten Hag’s appalling record as Manchester United’s manager when it came to away games against teams in the top half.

Roy Keane, a legend of Manchester United, found it hard to accept one particularly incriminating statistic regarding Erik ten Hag’s reigning Red Devils.

United has had a lackluster start to the season, as they have lost six of their first 14 games and currently sit seventh in the league standings. In their most recent match, Newcastle defeated Ten Hag’s team 1-0 at St. James’ Park thanks to a winner from Anthony Gordon, but the Magpies had plenty of opportunity to cause much more damage.

Keane was a member of a punditry team that included Micah Richards and Jamie Carragher as they discussed that appalling performance by United on Super Sunday. A graphic showcasing United’s recent away run against teams in the top nine of the league table was shown to the three.

Ten Hag’s United have only gained one point against those teams since he took over last summer. Eleven of the twelve games have resulted in losses, with the lone victory occurring in a 2-2 draw at Tottenham in April of this year.

The former United midfielder Keane’s response to the statistic was telling: “That doesn’t look real.” Is that accurate? It appears unattractive. That appears unattractive.

It’s just the number of goals—six at City, seven at Liverpool, and four at Brentford—that we were talking about earlier. It’s not very good. Clearly, they’re in a difficult situation. Once more, the manager is facing pressure. You would have assumed that the players who were playing for United last night would have left the team in the summer.

The same players who have been failing to advance United over the past year or two are still being used. What is an indication of insanity? repeating the same action repeatedly and hoping for different outcomes. This group isn’t going to change, and as I previously stated, you’re in trouble if they don’t put in as much effort as the opposition.”

Ten Hag’s current problems include Marcus Rashford’s lack of form, a lack of inventiveness in the midfield, and ongoing criticism of goalkeeper Andre Onana following a run of errors in the Champions League. For the United, things aren’t anticipated to get any easier either.
