Fabrizio Romano assured Arsenal fans with two record-breaking transfer signing
The majority of Arsenal supporters are worried that the team’s winter transfer window will be a bust. Fabrizio Romano, on the other hand, has an interesting update for them.
Romano believes Arsenal is looking for a striker and a left back they can sign, but he admits that ideal targets may not be secured due to cost and availability. If there is one thing Gooners can expect, it is that two significant signings will have been completed by the end of the winter transfer season.
“At the moment, they haven’t discovered a good or normal option; all of the players they like, like Victor Osimhen or Ivan Toney, are either extremely expensive or unavailable. They’ll definitely try for a striker and a full-back, I’m sure of it, said Romano.
The majority of gooners thought that this would be their year to redeem themselves. They went all out in the summer transfer window and made some headline purchases to have a successful title charge after a dismal finish to the 2022–2023 campaign. Following the addition of Declan Rice, Jurrien Timber, Kai Havertz, and David Raya, the Arsenal team seemed capable of maintaining the title chase early in the season.
However, as the season went on, certain team weaknesses were exposed. They may not have enough options at left back and struggle offensively, which could hurt their chances of winning the league. I’m hoping that Arteta and Edu can make some smart deals that will enable them to continue competing for the Premier League title.
