Liverpool is reportedly interested in signing Mbappe as well, but the source says they are unsure if they will be able to pay his salary.

It’s interesting to note that the Reds are willing to pay between £52 million and £60 million (€60 million and €70 million) if they want to sign Olise this month.

Prior to a potential summer bidding war, all of the major Premier League teams were reportedly scouting Olise; however, Liverpool is reportedly eager to “get ahead” of the pack and sign him this month.

If verified, it would indicate Liverpool’s skepticism regarding Mohamed Salah’s contract extension.
