Annie Kilner makes statement on Kyle Walker marriage after his grovelling apology
Due to rumors that Kyle Walker, a football player for Manchester City, is the father of a second child with Lauryn Goodman, Annie Kilner’s two-year marriage to the player is in jeopardy.
Regarding the future of her marriage to disgraced Manchester City player Kyle Walker, Annie Kilner has provided an update.
This week, there was speculation that Walker had fathered a covert second child with social media influencer Lauryn Goodman, putting the couple’s two-year marriage under scrutiny.
After Annie called it quits on their marriage and announced that she would be spending time apart from her childhood sweetheart, Walker posted a contrite statement on his Instagram Stories. Annie had supported Walker through a number of transgressions during their 12-year relationship. For the first time since the controversy surfaced last week, Annie has been pictured, and she has prominently taken off her wedding band. Annie made this bold declaration in response to Kyle’s apology, which she hopes will help mend fences once more.
The news that Kyle might be the father of Lauryn’s daughter, who was born in June of last year, is reported to have “broken” Annie. The Wag appears ready to give lawyer Paul Lunt instructions regarding a divorce; the lawyer gained notoriety for securing Coleen Rooney’s victory in the infamous Wagatha Christie case. Fans have urged Annie to ‘take Walker to the cleaners’.
Annie’s father, who has supposedly not spoken to Kyle since 2020 when Lauryn disclosed that Kyle was her son’s father—who is now three years old—will undoubtedly encourage Annie to move on. After Kyle’s brief breakup with Annie, Lauryn had a brief affair with her. After a final reconciliation over Christmas, Kyle and his father-in-law decided to move on, but it was discovered less than a day later that he might have had another child with Lauryn.
After having “previously encouraged” Annie to save her marriage with Kyle, the source told The Sun that Annie’s father “hit the roof” following the most recent revelations and has vowed to “disown her” if she decided to take Kyle back this time. Annie had discussed her views on the value of a strong family in an interview that the Sun rediscovered from 2020 on Sunday.
“I was raised by a loving family with good, solid morals,” she stated at the time. I wanted the same kind of obsession with Kyle that my parents have with each other. But he found it difficult to withstand the temptations without me around. He desired to have his cake and eat it, just like many men do.”
In his open letter of apology, the football player said, “I can only apologise for the upset I’ve caused Annie; she is an amazing woman.” For the sake of our kids, she will always be a part of my life, as we have done for a very long time. I would like to request privacy for our entire family during these trying times, especially for our young children.”
This is in line with Annie’s initial declaration that their two-year marriage was about to end. “Unfortunately, after many years of marriage and three amazing children together, I have decided to take some time away from Kyle,” the woman stated in her announcement. I would like to stop talking about the position. For the time being, I kindly request that our three small children’s and my privacy be respected during this trying time.”
